Strategy · systems · civic work

I turn complicated work into systems people can use.

I help organizations move from a good idea to clear decisions, durable operations, and digital infrastructure that works in the real world.

The work

A plan is only useful if it survives contact with Tuesday.

I work in the space between the idea and the day-to-day reality: where strategy becomes a process, a message, a website, a tool, or a decision someone can confidently make.

The form changes. The job stays the same: understand the whole system, make the complicated parts clearer, and build something people will still use after the meeting ends.

01

Find the real problem

Clarify the decision, audience, and constraint before anyone reaches for another tool.

02

Build the working system

Turn the strategy into language, workflows, websites, data, and automation people can actually use.

03

Make it sustainable

Document the work, transfer ownership, and leave behind something stronger than a one-time deliverable.

Selected engagements

Work built for real life.

Different organizations, different constraints, and the same insistence that the final system has to work for the people responsible for it.

01

Public communication · Digital infrastructure

Greenville County Historic & Natural Resources Trust

30 projects · 2,616 acres protected

Built and maintained the public-facing systems that help a county trust explain complicated conservation work clearly, report its results, and keep citizens connected to the mission.

Website operations, public education, annual reporting, data presentation, and campaign infrastructure.

02

Operations · Sponsorship · Technology

Indie Craft Parade

100+ makers · one connected system

Helped a beloved regional festival move from heroic effort toward a repeatable operating model without sanding away the character that made it matter.

Sponsorship pipeline, web systems, email migration, gallery automation, ticketing, and operational support.

03

Positioning · Sales systems

Wetzel Services

30 years of knowledge · made repeatable

Turned decades of experience helping international families into a clear market position and a practical sales system the team can continue using.

Ideal-customer definition, messaging, buyer personas, outreach, discovery, objection handling, and sales coaching.
